The course team is not liable for injuries, foodborne illness, or property damage that results from applying the techniques shown, especially if you deviate from the recommended steps.
Cost-saving figures presented in the course are based on typical retail price differences between whole cuts and pre-packaged portions at the time of writing. Actual savings vary by region, store pricing, and your portioning choices.
